Seasonal Project Coordinator


Location: Gaithersburg, MD

BETAH Associates, a professional services firm, is seeking several project coordinators to support our government client. This is a full time seasonal position. Our ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience performing a wide range of coordination, administrative, and customer service support activities.

Education/Experience

Bachelor's Degree plus 3 years of work experience is required OR at least 7 years of administrative experience

Job Responsibilities
-Coordinate the schedule of subject matter expert reviewers for peer review assignments to ensure project compliance schedules and government guidelines
-Provide technical and web support for SME’s accessing proprietary website including resetting passwords
-Compile documentation, create reports and materials
-Coordinate travel for in-person meetings
-Prepare agendas for meetings
-Communicate project status with customers on a daily basis
-Ensure accuracy of materials and adherence to timelines

Skills/Qualifications
-Bachelor's Degree plus 3 years of work experience is required or at least 7 yrs. administrative experience
-Excellent administrative skills (Proficient in MS Office software, especially Word and Excel)
-Strong communication skills
-Detail oriented
-Superb customer service skills and/or call center/retail experience a plus
