Notetakers

BETAH is seeking experienced Notetakers to support our government client.  The role of the Notetaker is to host a combined conference call and webinar meeting for the purpose of capturing, displaying, and editing in real-time, consensus comments generated by a panel of subject matter experts (SMEs). Typical duration of these meetings is 2-4 hours.

Requirements:
  • Experience and comfort level participating (preferably hosting) webinar meetings (knowledge of WebEx preferred).
  • Expertise and comfort level interacting with subject matter experts (SMEs) and high-ranking industry-leading professionals. 
  • Previous writing/editing experience and comfort level working with documents containing highly technical and/or scientific subject matter and terminology.
  • Must possess a clear and assertive speaking voice, be quick thinking, patient, and at all times be respectful and tactful to successfully interact with program staff, client representatives, and subject matter experts.
  • Notetakers must be proficient in using Microsoft Office Applications; have a private work space, a stable telephone connection with excellent call reception, and a stable and secure internet connection.

Education Requirements:
BA/BS Required
