Project Team Lead


BETAH is seeking a Project Team Lead to support our government client. This is a full-time permanent position. Our ideal candidate will have strong MS Office and communication skills, be very detail oriented, and have leadership and/or customer service experience.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple peer review projects while interfacing with customer staff and management to coordinate and manage schedule and deliverables.
  • Leading projects to successful completion including schedule milestones, deliverable quality, and adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Training and leading team of permanent and/or temporary staff members. Tasks include assigning and monitoring work and quality control of the team’s work.
  • Participating in process improvement and quality initiatives.
  • Support central operational tasks and projects as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Skills/Qualifications

  • Excellent administrative skills (Proficient in MS Office software, especially Word and Excel)
  • Adept at communicating in a professional manner with employees and clients
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to work independently, as a self-starter, and within short time frames
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Superb customer service skills and/or call center/retail experience a plus

Education/Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Must have a minimum of three years’ experience in a business setting. Government contracting experience a plus. Leadership experience a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communications.
