Project Coordinator


BETAH is seeking several project coordinators to support our government client. This is a full-time permanent position. Our ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience performing a wide range of coordination, administrative, and customer service support activities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the schedule of subject matter expert reviewers for peer review assignments to ensure project compliance schedules and government guidelines
  • Provide technical and web support for SME’s accessing proprietary website including resetting passwords
  • Compile documentation, create reports and materials
  • Coordinate travel for in-person meetings
  • Prepare agendas for meetings
  • Communicate project status with customers on a daily basis
  • Ensure accuracy of materials and adherence to timelines

Skills/Qualifications

  • Excellent administrative skills (Proficient in MS Office software, especially Word and Excel)
  • Adept at communicating in a professional manner with employees and clients
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to work independently, as a self-starter, and within short time frames
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Superb customer service skills and/or call center/retail experience a plus

Education/Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree plus 3 years of work experience is required OR at least 7 yrs. relevant experience
